BAJAH’S CAT CAFE NOTICE OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By entering Bajah’s Villas cat lounge, you accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may result from entering Bajah’s Villas cat lounge and agree to waive any claim that the ticket holder might have now or in the future against Bajah's Cat Cafe LLC, Forever Paws, Potter League for Animals and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents for any injuries or damages the ticket holder may suffer while visiting the cat lounge.

In addition, by entering the cat lounge, you agree to indemnify Bajah's Cat Cafe LLC and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents against, and hold them harmless from, any claim a guest of the ticket holder may make as a result of any injuries or damages such guest may suffer while visiting the cat lounge.

 

Security Cameras are in use at all times inside Bajah’s Villas and Bajah’s Cat Café.
